Samuel C. Harrell is not only a seasoned business developer and manager, he is the author of “Stories from Rincon Country” (Coming Soon). He is also a public speaker, minister, youth developer and mentor; a husband and father to five children, two step children, and eleven grandchildren. His life’s experiences include work at NASA where he participated in several history making space missions, and the aerospace & defense industry where he worked as a civilian contractor with access to the Pentagon, NATO and several other military bases throughout the USA. After leaving the aerospace and defense industries, we owned and operated a successful building maintenance company and two online companies, as well as a youth development non-profit organization before becoming the General Manager of Rincon Country MHP.

Borne out of the experiences of more than 800 residents living in Rincon Country MHP, the Rincon Country Rally Days event was a great success. The foundation of this community collaboration is the idea that although we are a community of seniors 55 and older, we are still valuable and desire to be active contributors to the City of Tucson and its young people. Simply put, we can either complain about the behavior of our youth or we can get involved and make a difference. I am happy to say that we received great support from a number of sponsors with whom have done business.
